Function description of steel pallet:
Steel pallets are also called metal pallets. Because of the high strength of steel, steel pallets are the most heavily loaded pallets of all materials and have been widely used in chemical and printing industries. Metal pallets are durable and long-term, easy to maintain and recyclable. Because of the high load-carrying capacity of pallet steel, the maximum load-carrying capacity can reach 2.5 3 tons. It has been widely used in some industries with high demand for undertakings. However, the long-term use of pallet steel will lead to corrosion and rust defects. In some pharmaceutical and food industries, it has not been well promoted and applied. Steel pallets are made of steel. Without pickling, phosphating, exposure and surface spraying, it is easy to be corroded. Because of the price control of steel, the cost of steel pallet is higher than that of plastic pallet. Especially in the case of upper shelf, the portability of steel pallet is much lower than that of plastic pallet.
Several characteristics of steel pallets:
1. Small weight. Because of the small weight of pallets, the labor intensity of transportation pallets in the process of loading, unloading and transportation is relatively low. It can save labor, reduce labor intensity and shorten loading and unloading time.
2. Easy installation. By transporting goods through pallets, only by bundling the goods and packing them tightly on pallets, circulation can be standardized and loading and unloading mechanization can be promoted.
3. Easy to return to the air. The tray takes up less space when returning, so it is easy to return. In addition, the price of pallets is not high, and it is easy to replace each other. Pallets can not even be returned after transportation, but use each other's pallets to offset each other.
4. Large flow. Although the load of a single pallet is smaller than that of a container, the load of a pallet is much larger than that of a common package after a certain amount of concentration and reasonable stacking.
5. Multilayer stacked code placement. Pallets can be stacked in multiple layers to make effective use of storage space.
